The humble Cheese Roll is a staple of the South, a delicacy to Southerners, but barely present in Auckland at all. As a proud lad from Mosgiel now living in the North, Hadley has been making classic Southland style cheese rolls his whole life, and feels it would be selfish to not share the Sushi of the South more widely.
